Summertime Sadness

Going through a hard time. Again.
It seems like hard times are paused by a sort of good time my whole life thru. Like the weekend in a week. Still there are 7 days in a week and 2 of them are weekend.

One big problem is caused by myself but I don' t really know how to solve it. That is that I loose and break all my stuff (ID card that I just got and stolen telephone), I forget things I have to do and never clean my house. Together this is my one big problem; Chaos in my head.

Then another very very very big problem is that I have no place to live. In September I have to leave my house and I have nowhere to go. I figured I' m not going to find anything within a month so I' m going to leave this week so I don' t have to pay my rent over August.

So that' s a lot to think about all the time and then on top of it I' m fighting constantly with Boris. When we fight and he says he never wants to see me again my brain crashes. I brake things and harm him and I hate myself for doing that. I ripped his jacket I gave to him as a birthday present.

It seems like every summer I just get terribly depressed and i don' t even know why. I just want to live in a nice small appartement that I can decorate myself and live with Boris.
I want it to be neat and I will have a set place for everything so I can't loose anything.
I also want to fall asleep next to Boris every night after I have cooked for him and don' t fight anymore.

But life's a fucking bitch isn't she?

Berlin

Hello!
Haven't been bloggin' for a while, AGAIN. But now I finally have internet at home!

My lovely Boris and I just got back from Berlin and I'm not going to tell you everything we did because that is quite boring for me to do.
I am going to tell you that we went to museums (something I never did before when I was there) and to the Zoo. My favorite was the Ramones museum and the Zoo.
I also bought shoes and some clothes which I'm prettttyyy pleased with.
We drank cocktails, had lovely food (we ate Sudanese!) and went out Berlin style (kinda, because we danced all night until it was light the real Berlin style is like...3 nights I think).
We also went to Kopi and a feminist band show (!?!?!?!?)

Boris had a friend from Iowa living there so we hung out with her a bit at Tiki Bar and at Tiergarten.
It was nice to meet her.
She was very different but I think we got a long quite well.

I also finally learned to read books, and now I'm hooked!

Long story short; had a lot of new experiences and saw new things but also went back to a lot of things we liked from the previous times we were there.

Berlin has a great vibe and Boris and I would really want to live there in a year or so.
I do like Amsterdam but I like that Berlin is bigger and has bit more of an edge to it, which maybe fits me more.
We'll see...it's always different when you're on vacation and the grass is always greener somewhere else.

60's fever and new things!

I've seen A Single Man and now I and totally into 60's style again. The movie is great for many reasons but a big reason is the styling. So I've been walking around with outrageous Twiggy like make up and trying to get my hair as high as I can. The last thing kind of failed, used to be really good at it but it didn't really work.

Today I also went to the Primark with my mom. Yes 'going to the Primark' is a 'thing' because we don't have one in Amsterdam but there is one in Zaandam. Zaandam is a small city close to Amsterdam. Everything about it is horrible. The way they talk over there, the way the city looks, the way the people look (everybody seems to be ugly...kind of strange). BUT they have Primark. So me and my mom were going by train and I thought I was stressy and panicy (not a word) with public transport..my mom is 10 times worse. Anyways, we got there, spent 3 hours(!!!!????) inside and got home safely. This is what I got for 25 euro's(!!!!????)

Also finally got to get something from my Inglot giftcard I got for my birthday from my lovely colleagues.

The things you see in the blurry picture are highlighter and blush. Right now I am kind of wainting for my lover to come home from band practice. Cleaned my creepers. They were super dirty from a concert but I think I got them quite clean. They're still drying though. I ALMOST FORGET TO TELL THAT BORIS AND I BOOKED A TRIP TO BERLIN!!! We are going in June and I love it. I've been missing that city!!! Good night people or good morning to people who live in different time zone's and stuff! xxx

Sick day

Although I had a wonderful day Sunday (went inside an art academy for the first time), in the evening I was not feeling well at all. Still wasn't feeling well the next morning so I took a day off. At one point of the day I had to get some breakfast and had to go outside. I decided to dress up a bit and it made me feel a thousand times better. This is what I was wearing:

You can see from my face that it wasn't the best day for me. I really liked it and think it's a must see if you like movies that are a bit sad and bizarre. X

Flamingo dress

Just came home from 10 hours of work and I am exhausted.
Probably going to bed in a bit and read a BOOK.

Yesterday evening I kind of did the the same; reading, drinking tea, listening to JAZZ.
Of course this was followed by smoking joints (haha I can say this cuz I iz dutch) and drinking an entire bottle of wine with Lieselot and her boyfriend Thom.

I just bought the most amazing dress evahr, although I'm out of money I bought it anyway.


Yes, dress with flamingo's and a whole landscape on it. DOES LIFE GET ANY BETTER?! I hope so.
I will probably sometime post a picture while I'm wearing it. In this picture it looks a bit like a potato bag but it actually fits really well.
